Mango sorbet

A mango juice with a touch of liquor….

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 glass of white wine, preferably fruity
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar or to taste
  • 4 cups cold water

PREPARATION

Place the mango, lime, wine and water in the blender and blend at maximum speed for 3 minutes.

Whip the egg white until it is stiff and add the sugar little by little until the sugar grains are not visible and then add the mango juice and blend at minimum speed for 2 minutes and put it in the refrigerator until it is very cold.
