Mango ice cream

For 2 litres of ice cream….


  • 3 large mangoes (1kg approx.)
  • ¼ cup of sugar, you can use brown sugar if you prefer
  • ½ litre of milk cream
  • The juice of 3 lemons or limes


First peel and remove the pulp of the mangoes and blend them together with the juice of the lemons; separately whip the cream with the sugar.

Mix with the mango smoothie and place in the freezer. During the first hour, stir every 15 minutes approximately so that it does not freeze, then leave the blend in the freezer for 3 hours so that it hardens completely.
