INGREDIENTS
- 1 mango (m)
- 1 red onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- The juice of 1 orange
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
PREPARATION
Finely chop the mango, onion and pepper.
Mix with the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours before serving..
